1. Scope
Gamibase is a proprietary Unreal Engine developer product. These terms govern access to the gamibase.ai website, evaluation flows, account sign-in, and any linked commercial onboarding surfaces.
2. Accounts
Community access is account-based. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding any authenticated sessions issued to you.
3. Product Access
Community access may be available at no charge. Paid Pro entitlements are activated through account-linked commercial flows. Founding Pro seat packs are bundles of Pro seats, not Team licenses. Team is reserved for a future governance license tier above Pro. Gamibase Studio is a separate app and may carry its own Community, Pro, Team, and Enterprise licensing inside Studio.
4. Founder Licenses
A Founder license grants the purchaser a perpetual, non-transferable right to use the latest Founder-eligible stable release of Gamibase made available within 365 days of purchase, including earlier Founder-eligible stable releases. This perpetual right applies to the offline-capable frozen client build and does not require ongoing Gamibase auth, billing, telemetry, or web-service availability. The Founder license does not include Gamibase Studio, Studio Services, managed agent orchestration, token-included or model-routing services, future Studio edition rights, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, reverse engineering rights, future updates after the 365-day upgrade window, future support, future compatibility updates, or access to releases made available after the upgrade window unless the purchaser maintains an active subscription.
5. Founder Seats
Each Founder seat is licensed to one named user. The named user may install and use the eligible frozen build on up to two machines owned or controlled by that user. Founder Pro pack seats may be reassigned during the 365-day upgrade window; at the perpetual freeze boundary, each assigned seat locks to its currently assigned named user. Unassigned seats do not become floating perpetual entitlements.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Gamibase to violate applicable law, abuse third-party systems, attempt unauthorized access, or bypass product trust, evidence, or policy controls.
7. Availability
Launch surfaces, pricing flows, and edition availability can change as product readiness changes. Website copy reflects the currently supported commercial path and does not grant access beyond implemented entitlement state.
